There are endless ways to use fabric in picture framing, I really enjoy wrapping mats in fabric. The pictures I’ve taken show fun and colorful fabrics, but I have made dozens of mats using remnant and scrap fabric to match furniture, curtains and wallpaper. Wrapping the mats in fabric can make an inexpensive and budget-friendly frame look custom and one of a kind. Wrap a mat with a favorite T-shirt to frame a band picture, fabric from a dress or outfit to frame a picture of a loved one. Vacations, graduations and events can be remembered with pictures framed with fabric. Endless possibilities!
